Receipt of Merchandise
Maureen Prisby Designs uses the United States Postal Service as their preferred mail service.  All shipments are insured and trackable.  It is our goal to ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days of your purchase. If there is any delay, we will notify you via email.

Returns
We want you to love your purchase!  If for some reason you need to return your item(s), our return policy is in effect for 7 days from the date of receipt.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  To initiate a return, please send an email to info@maureenprisby.com or fill out the form below requesting a refund within 7 days of receipt and please state your reason for return.  After 7 days, all returns will only be accepted for exchanges or credit for future purchases.  Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).  Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment based on the above parameters.  

To return your item(s), please mail them to Maureen Prisby Designs, 160 Alamo Plaza, #218, Alamo, CA  94507. If your items are valued over $50 you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to guarantee receipt of your return.  Maureen Prisby Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or uninsured returned items.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase, please email us at info@maureenprisby.com or fill out the form below, and state your reason for the exchange.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If your are items are valued over $50 you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to guarantee receipt of your return.  Maureen Prisby Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or uninsured returned items.

Shipping
Please note, we do not credit or refund shipping charges. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. For online orders shipping to an address within California, a sales tax of 7.25% will be added to the order. For online orders shipping to an address outside California, no sales tax will be applied.
